Application of Screening Bucket -- Making Controllable Low Strength Materials From Construction Waste

Today, we want to introduce a new equipment - Yichen screening bucket. Compared with the crusher bucket, the screening bucket adds new functions on the basis of crushing, which can make construction waste into controllable low-strength materials (CLMS for short), so as to realize the recovery and utilization of resources.

In the treatment of construction waste, the screening bucket will first screen the construction waste to separate the residue and stone. The stones are crushed and processed into smaller particles. Then, the residue and aggregate are mixed with fly ash and water to form controllable low-strength materials. This material can not only replace the traditional backfill material, but also be used for road base and subbase, and has good compression resistance and stability.
