The large amount of engineering waste in China and the low comprehensive utilization rate have become an important environmental problem that needs to be solved urgently in the process of urban development. It is the direction of Yichen Company's efforts to explore more construction waste recycling disposal modes and provide systematic and feasible solutions for resource recycling.
In the Ningbo comprehensive pipe gallery project, Yichen
screening bucket was creatively applied to a brand-new muck resource utilization technology - using construction muck to make controllable low-strength materials (CLSM), achieving a technological breakthrough. It provides a new idea for resource recycling.
CLSM is a kind of material with high fluidity, strong self-compactness and high early strength by adding cement and other admixtures from construction slag. It can be poured by pumping, which can well solve the difficult problem of backfilling and compacting in narrow spaces such as foundation pits and trenches, and reduce the amount of muck disposal. Compared with conventional backfill materials such as medium-coarse sand and foamed soil, it has great technical and economic advantages and significant social benefits.
So, how does the Yichen
screening bucket work in this project?
Yichen screening bucket is a multi-functional bucket integrating crushing, screening, mixing and stirring, and its core part is a roller. Blades of different shapes are welded to the rollers, and it is these blades that enable the screening bucket to achieve different functions. Commonly used rollers include crushing shafts, screening shafts, fine screening shafts, aerating shafts, etc.
First, the
screening bucket will screen the construction waste to separate the muck and stones. Then, the stones are crushed and processed into particles with smaller particle size. Finally, the screening bucket mixes the slag with cement and other additives to form a controllable low-strength material for backfilling of the foundation pit.
In the whole project, Yichen
screening bucket poured a total of 800 cubic meters. Such a volume is a huge breakthrough for the technology of slag resource utilization, which fully proves the advantages of the screening bucket in this technology.
