Yichen Power Mixer Easily Cures Swamps With High Moisture Content

In a swamp in Shaoxing, two sets of Yichen soil stabilization systems are installed on Hitachi 250 excavators, and the swamp is being solidified on site. A highway needs to be built here, but the large area of swamp depressions has a moisture content of 70-80%, and the load-bearing capacity is very weak, which cannot meet the technical indicators for road use. Therefore, soft foundation treatment is the first problem to be solved by the construction party.
Yichen Company provided two sets of soil stabilization systems, using a 5-meter power mixer to perform in-situ solidification of swampland at a depth of 4 meters. The operating mode of the system is very simple, but it has a good solidification effect. First, the swamp needs to be pumped and drained until the silt surface leaks out, and then the soil stabilization system comes into operation. The control center configures the liquid solidification agent according to the preset ratio, and then transports the solidification agent to the power mixer, which penetrates into the mud to spray and stir, can solidify the mud in the swamp in situ.

After the solidified soft soil is tested and the road technical indicators are reached, the muck can be laid on the top, and a highway will be built after layer-by-layer construction. Under such soil conditions with high moisture content, liquid solidification agent not only does not affect the solidification time, but also achieves better solidification effect. After solidification, the bearing capacity of the foundation can reach more than 70 kPa, which can be used as the roadbed of the expressway.
